in age from 4 to 18 years old. The Foxes compete in the Northern
Virginia Swimming League also known as the NVSL. The team has
remained competitive over the past several years due to the great community,
support of the swimmers families, and highest quality coaches. The team

total Herndon Olympic Invitational Championships in their 33 year history.
Their most recent Division Championship title was won in 2009 in Division 10.

the first team in the event’s history to win back to back titles. In
2007 the

have
competed they have accrued a 83-72-2 record and have competed in
divisions 3
through 14 of the 18 total divisions in the Northern

division 9 last four seasons the Foxes were moved down to
division 10 due to some tough losses and a 1-4 regular season record and
3rd place finish at the Division Relay Championship last season. In 2007
the
Foxes competed in division 10 and held their own with the divisions best
finishing 3-2 and coming in 2nd at the Division Relay Championships for
the 2nd

2008. In 2009 Fox Mill managed a three way tie for the Division 10
title. Also
with the team placing 2nd at Division Relay Carnival, the Foxes sent
four relay
teams to All Star Relay Carnival. A total of 5 team relay records
were
broken and 2 individual team records in 2009. In 2010, we had 3 relay records broken and 3 individual records broken. The summer season of 2011
is sure
to be a successful one filled with many records broken, Medal winning
